JAKARTA - PT Majukarya Mandiri Indonesia (MMI) now owns 7.03% of PT Sumber Energi Andalan Tbk (ITMA) following transaction concluded yesterday (26/11). Prior to this, seen on November 22, MMI only had 5.69% of ITMA’s shares.

Based on IDNFinancials data today (28/11), ITMA reported issued and paid-up capital of 999.05 million shares as of November 26. PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI) claims 41.89% of the shares, followed by Zurich Asset International Ltd 13.36%, MMI 7.03%, and the public 37.71%.

On November 25, ITMA’s shareholders consist of BIPI of 41.89%, Zurich Asset International Ltd of 16.19%, and the public of 41.91%.

Total shareholders of ITMA were reported at 1,413, with ultimate beneficial owner of the shares being Halim Jusuf’s consortium. (LK/ZH)
