JAKARTA - PT Bank SMBC Indonesia Tbk (BTPN) will offer Shelf-Registration Bond Phase II Year 2024 of IDR 1.39 trillion next week (11-12/12). The entire proceeds of this bond issuance will be used to expand financing distribution.

In the short prospectus quoted today (2/12), the bond is said to be split into two series, consisting of series A of IDR 429.91 billion with yield of 6.70% per annum (p.a.) for 3 years, series B of IDR 966.50 billion with yield of 6.95% p.a. for 5 years.

The assigned joint underwriters and their portions consist of PT Aldiracita Sekuritas Indonesia of 12.32%, PT BCA Sekuritas 33.97%, PT Ina Sekuritas Indonesia 7.23%, PT Indo Premier Sekuritas 26.21%, and PT Mandiri Sekuritas 20.27%.

PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo) attached an “idAAA (Triple A)” rating to BTPN regarding this bond issuance. The listed trustee is PT Bank Mega Tbk (MEGA).

As of September 30, 2024, total assets of BTPN reached IDR 228.58 trillion or 1.95 of total assets of the whole banking industry of IDR 12.09 quadrillion.

Its third-party funds reached IDR 113.39 trillion or 1.3% of total third-party funds in the banking industry of IDR 8.49 quadrillion, with credit disbursed at IDR 175.10 trillion, representing 2.3% of IDR 7.50 quadrillion of total disbursed credits in the banking industry. (LK/ZH)
