JAKARTA - Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (Buma) Pte, Ltd, SG and Buma Australia Pty will gain control over 19.9% of 29Metals, a publicly listed company in Australia Stock Exchange (ASX).

Iwan Fuad Salim, Director of PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID), confirmed that Buma SG will exercise its rights, worth USD 62.07 million, for the new shares’ issuance by 29Metals worth AUD 180 million. “The investment is worth AUD 0.27 per share,” he added.

Buma SG is known to be a subsidiary of DOID through indirect ownership. Buma SG and 29Metals are not affiliated. Thus, no conflict of interest occurs.

Yesterday (3/12), 29Metals did announce the plan of new shares’ issuance worth AUD 180 million in ASX. (LK/ZH)
