JAKARTA - Individual investors in PT Wintermar Offshore Marine Tbk (WINS) were actively adding shares on Monday, December 2. Manoj Pitamber Nanwani made the initial acquisition, acquiring an extra 1.22 million shares of WINS, for a total of 5.31% of the company. Johnson Williang Sutjipto then invested in 497,200 shares, followed by Sugiman Layanto with 564,900 shares. These two investors currently own about 7% of the business, which supports the oil and gas sector by offering transportation services.

This time, PT Samuel Tumbuh Bersama made the biggest share purchase, acquiring an extra 2.57 billion shares to increase its ownership in palm oil producer PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS). These investors' share ownership grew from 38% to nearly 50% with the help of securities company PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia. The controller of PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (TSPC), PT Bogamulia Nagadi, subsequently acquired 916,100 shares via PT OCBC Sekuritas Indonesia, bringing its total stake to 88.9%.

Individual investors also did not miss out on purchasing shares. The portfolio of Ko Joo Hee now includes another 175.72 million shares of PT Samcro Hyosung Adilestari Tbk (ACRO). ACRO shares are involved in the production of Hook and Loop/Magic Tape adhesives and webbing tapes. Djajang Tanuwidjaja then purchased 386,200 shares of PT Total Bangun Persada Tbk (TOTL), a building construction firm. Furthermore, CGS International Securities Singapore Pte Ltd, a foreign investor, acquired 199.50 million shares in PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI), an energy infrastructure business.

Conversely, OCBC Sec Pte Ltd S/A Hudson River Group Pte Ltd, another foreign investor, released approximately 392,700 shares of PT Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk (DGIK), a building construction business. Finally, 163,300 shares of PT Sumber Mas Konstruksi Tbk (SMKM), a general contractor and interior design firm, were sold by Phillip Securities Pte Ltd. (KD)
