JAKARTA - Manoj Dhamoo Punjabi purchased around 713.24 million shares of PT MD Pictures Tbk (FILM) through PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia on Tuesday, December 3. As of right now, this investor owns 7.21% of the company's shares in the film production company.

Then, PT Exploitasi Energi Indonesia Tbk (CNKO), a coal mining company, secured a new investment from foreign investor Anderson Bay Pte Ltd. This investor purchased 448 million CNKO shares through PT Sinarmas Sekuritas, representing a 5% stake portion.

Additionally, domestic investor PT Samuel Tumbuh Bersama continued to add shares in palm oil producer PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS), this time by 37.81 million shares, after CGS International Securities Singapore Pte Ltd added 265.17 million shares in energy infrastructure company PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI).

Additionally, PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk took over up to 85 million shares of PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk (IMAS) from PT Sejahtera Raya Perkasa. Sejahtera Raya currently owns just 6.6% of IMAS shares, while Trimegah Sekuritas was able to grow its stake to 13.64%.

Meanwhile, Ferry Saputra sold 18.1 million shares of PT Dewi Shri Farmindo Tbk (DEWI), a broiler chicken farming company, and PT Majukarya Mandiri Indonesia released 5.79 million shares of PT Sumber Energi Andalan Tbk (ITMA), a consulting firm for the mining and energy industries. PT KB Valbury Sekuritas was in charge of both transactions.

PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala also sold over 800,000 shares of its financial subsidiary, PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA), and foreign investor OCBC Sec Pte Ltd S/A Hudson River Group Pte Ltd sold 276 thousand shares of general contractor company PT Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk (DGIK). (KD)
