JAKARTA - PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA) posted net profit of USD 243.85 million in Q3 2024, down 34.41% year-on-year (yoy) from USD 371.79 million in Q3 2023.

Based on Q3 2024 Financial Report published today (5/12), its revenue plummeted 45.22% yoy to USD 2.24 billion from USD 4.09 billion in Q3 2023.

Its gross profit also dropped 45.35% yoy from USD 1.72 billion to USD 942.20 million, while its operating profit fell even further, by 48.73% yoy, to USD 546.56 million from USD 1.06 billion.

DSSA reported revenue contribution from coal mining and trading segment of USD 2.06 billion, down significantly by 45.79% yoy from USD 3.80 billion.

Then, cable TV, internet, and technology services brought in USD 101.60 million, rising from USD 65.18 million. The trading segment’s contribution also decreased to USD 65.91 million from USD 188.06 million, similar to steam and power supply that saw a massive downturn from USD 30.93 million to USD 9.73 million.
