JAKARTA - Mataram Limited will raise portion in PT SLJ Global Tbk (SULI) via private placement next week (13/12). Currently, it has a claim over 9.36% of total listed shares.

Karina Detri Amalia, Corporate Secretary of SULI, confirmed that Mataram Limited will deposit 400 million shares or 98.11% of a maximum issued shares of 407.69 million shares.

The entire shares taken over by ML in this corporate action is equal to approximately 6.75% of total 5.92 billion listed shares, thus bringing ML’s portion to 16.11% after private placement.

As of now, controllers of SULI reportedly have a claim over 42.78% of the shares, while non-controllers own 57.22%. Free float shares clock up to 1.83 billion or 30.91% of total listed shares.

The number of shareholders stands at 2,991 shareholders with the ultimate beneficial owner of the shares being Amir Sunarko.

Since the beginning of this year, SULI’s stock performance has been in a downtrend. It opened at IDR 87 per share this morning (6/12), plummeting 37.85% from IDR 140 per share at the beginning of this year. (LK/ZH)
