JAKARTA – PT Sejahteraraya Anugrahjaya Tbk (SRAJ), the operator of Mayapada Hospital, plans to issue bonds worth USD 125 million, or equal to approximately IDR 1.89 trillion. The funds raised from this bond issuance will be used for funding working capital requirements for its subsidiaries that manage Mayapada Apollo Batam International Hospital and Mayapada Hospital Surabaya 2.

In a disclosure on Wednesday (11/12), SRAJ outlined that the bond issuance follows the approval of a capital increase without pre-emptive rights (PMTHMETD), as greenlit in an Independent General Meeting of Shareholders on August 21, 2024.

Strategic investors participating in this plan include BCCS Maverick Holdings I and II, LP, entities controlled by Bain Capital Credit, LP, an investment firm based in the United States. The bonds will be issued equally to both BCCS parties.

Proceeds from the issuance will be used to inject IDR 725 billion each into PT Nirmala Kencana Mas (NKM) for the development of Mayapada Hospital South Jakarta and PT Anugrah Inti Bahagia (AIB) for the construction of Mayapada Apollo Batam International Hospital. Further allocations include IDR 250 billion for PT Sejahtera Karunia Semesta (SKS), IDR 125 billion for PT Sejahtera Abadi Solusi (SAS), and IDR 67.25 billion for general working capital. (LK/ZH)
