JAKARTA - Sight Investment Company Pte Limited, a foreign investor, increased its holdings of PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk (SILO) by 1.04 billion shares on Wednesday, December 11. With this most recent acquisition, the investor's ownership in SILO shares has increased to 63.44% from its previous 55.4%. SILO shares are engaged in a private hospital network in Indonesia that provides health services.

Additionally, CGS International Securities Singapore Pte Ltd, a foreign investor, acquired an additional 152.66 million shares in PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI), bringing their total ownership stake to 15.13 percent.

A total of 27.89 million shares of multimedia and television company PT Surya Citra Media Tbk (SCMA) were then purchased by its controller, PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk. Additionally, SMMA's controller, PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala, acquired around 1.6 million shares of financial services company PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA).

Furthermore, two private individuals were observed trading shares in PT Dewi Shri Farmindo Tbk (DEWI), a business that produces broiler chickens. Ferry Saputra purchased 13.59 million DEWI shares, bringing his ownership stake up to nearly 6%, while Sujito Ngatiman sold 550 thousand shares, bringing his share portion slightly down to 8.26%.

PT Adaro Andalan Indonesia Tbk (AADI), a thermal coal holding company, also returned to the market hints list. PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk, one of its investors, was observed selling 146.12 million AADI shares, leaving 15.37% of the shares remaining.

Around 36.77 million shares of the coal mining holding firm PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) were also sold by HSBC-Fund SVS A/C Chengdong Investment Corp-Self. Then, 16.75 million shares of PT Distribusi Voucher Nusantara Tbk (DIVA), a business involved in digitization, technology, and electronic services, were subsequently sold by PT Soteria Wicaksana Investama.

Lastly, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk sold 3.75 million shares of PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk (EPMT), one of its subsidiaries that deals with the marketing, distribution, and sales of medical supplies. (KD)
