JAKARTA - Garibaldi Thohir is known to have increased his stake by 2.12% to 17.48% in PT Provident Investasi Bersama Tbk (PALM) in a transaction last week (12/12). Since that transaction, the issuer's share price has corrected IDR 2 from IDR 362 to IDR 360 per share at the start of the session Monday (16/12).

Based on the data compiled by IDN Financials, Monday (16/12), Garibaldi Thohir's share ownership increased by 333.75 million to 2.75 billion or 17.48% from the previous 2.42 billion shares or 15.36% of PALM shares recorded at 15.77 billion shares.

As of November 30, 2024, PALM's shareholder structure is, PT Provident Capital 55.67%, PT Saratoga Sentra 8.97%, Winato Kartono 6.16%, Hardi Wijaya Liong 4.62%, Tri Boewono 0.42%, and community 8.53%.
