JAKARTA - Jon Fieris reduced the volume of his shares in PT Hotel Fitra International Tbk (FITT) gradually by 9.2% in the last two weeks of December 2024. The total share sale transaction was recorded at IDR 11.47 billion.

Based on the data compiled by IDN Financials, Monday (16/12), it shows that Jon Fieris owns 242 million or 18.55% of the 1.30 billion shares registered as of November 29, 2024. His portion fell by 50 million shares or 3.83% to 192 million shares or 14.72% of the shares listed on (6/12). The transaction price is set at IDR 95 per share, so the transaction value is IDR 4.75 billion.

On (12-13/12), Jon Fieris again released 70 million shares at a price of IDR 96 per share with a total transaction recorded at IDR 6.72 billion. Its ownership fell from 192 million or 14.2% to 122 million or 9.35% of registered shares.

As of November 2024, FITT shares owned by controllers are 23% and non-controllers are 76.99%. The number of free float shares was 562.27 million or 43.11%. The number of shareholders is 866 shareholders with the final beneficiary of share ownership, namely, Go Ronny Nugroho. (LK/LM)
