Stock split greenlit, PTRO saw decline in price this morning
JAKARTA - PT Petrosea Tbk’s (PTRO) price was corrected this morning after securing approval from shareholders regarding stock split plan with 1:10 ratio yesterday (16/12).
Tuesday morning (17/12), PTRO opened at IDR 25,725 per share, before slipping to IDR 25,625 per share at 11 AM WIB.
Based on data compiled by IDNFinancials, PTRO had been fluctuating since this morning until 11 AM WIB. Its price went up and down, recording the highest at IDR 25,925 and the lowest at IDR 25,625 per share.
As is known, shareholders have agreed upon the stock split of 1:10, meaning that one share of IDR 50 will be split to 10 shares worth IDR 5 each.
As of now, PTRO records 1 billion shares, with controllers owning 54.48%, and non-controllers, 41.51%. Free float shares are recorded at 266.52 million, or 26.43%. The number of shareholders stands at 10,375, with the ultimate beneficial owner of PTRO’s shares listed as Prajogo Pangestu. (LK/ZH)
