JAKARTA - Pemberton Asian Opportunities Fund (PAOF) is known to have increased its share portion by 1.33% to 6.29% from the previous 4.96% in PT Sarimelati Kencana Tbk (PZZA), the manager of Pizza Hut outlets, in a transaction last week (12/12 ). This investor is known as an investment company with a Singapore legal entity.

Andromeda Tristanto, Corporate Secretary of PZZA said that PAOF added 40 million shares at a price of IDR 128 per share. If calculated, the transaction value reaches IDR 5.12 billion. After the share purchase transaction, PAOF's share ownership in this issuer became 190 million from 150 million shares.

As of November 30, 2024, PZZA listed 3.02 billion shares with a controlling owner structure of 64.79% and non-controlling 35.21%. The number of free float shares is 663.28 million or 21.95%, the number of shareholders is 4,234 shareholders, and the final beneficiary of share ownership is Alwin Arifin.

On the other hand, the performance of this issuer's shares was corrected 6.29% to IDR 119 in trading on Tuesday afternoon (17/12) from when the transaction took place on (12/12) at the level of IDR 127 per share. (LK/LM)
