JAKARTA. PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk (ADRO) announces interim dividend distribution of USD 200 million after the significant drop in its price within one week.

Mahardika Putranto, Corporate Secretary ADRO, mentioned that the company has yet to specify the dividend per share.

However, the cum date in the regular and negotiation market will be set to December 27, followed by the cash market on January 2, 2025. The dividend itself will be disbursed on January 15, 2025.

According to IDNFinancials data, ADRO was closed 3.46% lower, weakening 90 points to IDR 2,510 per share. Meanwhile, in the past 7 days, it has dropped 7.72% or 210 points.

This massive slippage entails a surge in foreign net sell, recorded at 24.47 million shares today (17/12). Yesterday, the foreign net sell stood at 9.96 million shares.

Until September 30, 2024, ADRO scored net profit of USD 1.18 billion. In addition, the company also reported unrestricted retained earnings of USD 5.93 billion. (KR/ZH)
