KEJU distributes bonus shares of IDR206.25 billion
JAKARTA - PT Mulia Boga Raya Tbk (KEJU), a processed food producer known for its Prochiz brand, will distribute bonus shares worth IDR 206.25 billion.
Peter Wiradjaja, Corporate Secretary of KEJU, said that the plan had been approved by the company's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) held last week.
KEJU's bonus share distribution ratio is 4:11, so that holders of 4 shares of the company will receive 11 bonus shares. Cum bonus shares in the regular and negotiation markets are set on December 27, 2024, while in the cash market on January 2, 2024.
In the first trading session today, KEJU's share price closed up 1.38% or 30 points to the level of IDR 2,210 per share. Meanwhile, since the beginning of this year, the company's share price has increased 92.17% or 1,060 points. (KR/LM)
