JAKARTA - PT Samcro Hyosung Adilestari Tbk (ACRO), a hook and loop (velcro) trading company that  debuted on the stock exchange earlier this year, will distribute an interim dividend of IDR 7.59 billion.

Chung Tae Sung, President Director of ACRO, said that the plan was a decision of the board of directors, which was approved by the board of commissioners on December 20, 2024. Cum dividends on the regular and negotiated markets are set for January 7, 2024, and on the cash market on January 8, 2024.

This is the first dividend distributed by ACRO, after listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in January 2024. With a total of 3.46 billion shares, the value of dividends per share to be distributed is around IDR 2.19.

According to idnfinancials.com data, ACRO posted a net profit of IDR 8 billion as of September 30, 2024. So that the company's dividend payout ratio is at the level of 94.88%.

As of 15:41 WIB today, ACRO's share price has increased by 34.57% to IDR 109 per share. This significant increase made ACRO shares rank third in the Top Gainers or stocks with the highest price increase. (KR/LM)
