Foreign transactions slightly differ, net foreign volume closed at -33 million shares
JAKARTA - On Monday, December 23, foreign transactions were slightly different, with net foreign volume closing at -33.03 million shares. The figure was generated from the difference between foreign buy volume (2.97 billion shares) and foreign sell volume (3.01 million shares).
On the top sell list, the most sold shares belonged to the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), namely around 1.33 billion shares, with a net volume of -133.50 million shares.
Furthermore, PT Surya Citra Media Tbk (SCMA) shares were sold for nearly 80 million shares, with a net volume of -36.16 million shares.
On top of that, PT Darma Henwa Tbk (DEWA) shares in the general mining contractor services sector were sold for 41.43 million shares. The issuer then had a net volume of -26.43 million shares.
The next shares sold were 57.01 million shares of state-owned bank PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI), for a net volume of -19.42 million shares.
In the pharmaceutical industry, about 34.42 million shares of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF) were sold, with a net volume of -15.28 million shares.
Meanwhile, the energy resources infrastructure company PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI) owns the highest number of net volume shares, 97.55 million shares, after foreign investors purchased 105.15 million shares.
Foreigners also purchased 188.25 million shares of PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (BRMS), for a net volume of 73.41 million shares.
PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL) shares were then purchased for 31.58 million shares, for a net volume of 25.46 million shares, followed by the purchase of 42.42 million shares of PT Barito Pacific Tbk (BRPT), for a net volume of 24.46 million shares.
The top buy list then concluded with the purchase of 20.32 million shares of PT Estee Gold Feet Tbk (EURO). Through this transaction, the aerosol services firm had a net volume of 20.31 million shares. (KD)
