IHSG returns to red zone, down 0.43% to 7,065.7

JAKARTA. The Jakarta Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) returned to the red zone, with a decrease of 0.43% or 30.70 points to 7,065.75 in today's trading, Tuesday (24/12).
At the opening bell, the JCI was at 7,096.45. Having touched its highest position at 7,120.58, the JCI then gradually fell and had touched the lowest point at 7,063.76.
The volume of shares traded in all markets today was recorded at 209.91 million shares, with a transaction value of IDR 9.67 trillion. The trading frequency was recorded as many as 1.02 million times.
PT Agro Yasa Lestari Tbk (AYLS) shares occupy the top position of Top Gainers, with a 34.29% increase in the share price. Meanwhile, the list of Top Loosers was led by shares of PT Bank Artha Graha Internasional Tbk (INPC), with a decrease of 18.12%.
As many as 5 out of 11 sectoral indices are still strong enough to hold back the decline in JCI today. The five sectors are Energy (+0.56%), Health (+2.30%), Infrastructure (+0.15%), Property (+0.34%), and Transportation (+0.19%). Meanwhile, 6 other sectoral indices entered the red zone. (KR/LM)
