JAKARTA – On Monday, December 23, PT Chitose Internasional Tbk (CINT) gained two new individual investors at the same time. Through PT Phillip Sekuritas Indonesia, Kiky and Dedie Suherlan purchased 50 million shares of the company that deals in furniture and commerce. Both instantly declared that they owned 5% of the shares.

Additionally, Henoch Weylim made the decision to acquire 6.12% of the shares of PT Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (YULE). Through PT INA Sekuritas Indonesia, he purchased 109.25 million shares of the business that provides securities brokerage services.

Then, PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk acquired 64.06 million shares of PT Surya Citra Media Tbk (SCMA), a business involved in the multimedia, entertainment, and communications sector, after foreign investor CGS International Securities Singapore Pte Ltd acquired 77.88 million shares of energy infrastructure company PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI).

Conversely, Febriana Ngatiman sold nearly 58 million shares of broiler chicken farmer PT Dewi Shri Farmindo Tbk (DEWI), leaving only about 6% of the company's shares.

Also, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk sold 4.04 million shares of PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk (EPMT), a subsidiary. Kalbe Farma's ownership stake in the company that stores and distributes pharmaceuticals dropped from 92.33% to 92.18%.

Additionally, SBC-Fund SVS A/C Chengdong Investment Corp-Self sold 1.25 million shares in PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI), a mining firm. Fintech Business Innovation LPS then sold 800,000 shares of PT Venteny Fortuna International (VTNY), a website and digital platform company.

Lastly, its parent firm, PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala, sold 941 thousand shares of financial services provider PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA). (KD)
