Startel Communication to raise stakes in HELI
JAKARTA - PT Startel Communication (SC) has increased its portion in PT Jaya Trishindo Tbk (HELI) by 2.4 million shares in a transaction last week (24/12). SC is known as one of controlling shareholders of the company, engaged in the air transportation and logistics service industry.
Based on the data compiled by IDNFinancials today (30/12), after the transaction, SC’s portion rose to 226.13 million or 27.15% of total shares. Prior to this, SC only owned 223.73 million shares or 26.86% of total listed shares.
Last month, on November 30, SC reported owning only 25.03% of HELI’s shares, which totalled 832.86 million shares. Other listed shareholders included PT Komala Tri Varia of 20.5%, UOB Kay Hian Pte Ltd of 10.18%, PT Avia Nusantara of 21.59%, then Gouw Erene Goetama, Muhammad Ghufron, and Ryan Kim Miller of 0% each, Edwin Widjaja of 0.01%, DBS Bank Ltd 6%, and the public of 16.69%.
HELI’s shareholders consist of controllers of 44.87% and non-controllers of 55.13%. With total shareholders of 2,147, the ultimate beneficial owners of the shares are Edwin Widjaja and Gouw Erene Goetama.
The price of HELI’s shares has shifted 2.18% upwards to IDR 274 each at this morning (30/12) compared to IDR 268 per share recorded at last week’s closing (24/12). (LK/ZH)
