JAKARTA – PT Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk (BSSR) is set to distribute an interim dividend for the 2024 fiscal year, amounting to USD 25 million, or approximately IDR 154.39 per share.

The interim dividend will be drawn from BSSR's net profit attributable to the parent entity as of September 2024, which stood at USD 298.6 million. This translates to a relatively modest dividend payout ratio of just 8.4%.

Shareholders will receive the interim dividend on January 15, 2025, based on the Official Register of Shareholders by 4 PM on January 13, 2025.

The cum and ex-dividend dates for the regular and negotiated markets are set for January 9 and 13, 2025, respectively, followed by the cum and ex-dividend dates for the cash market on January 10 and 14, 2025.

It is worth noting that this will be BSSR’s second interim dividend for the 2024 fiscal year, following a distribution of IDR 179.19 per share on November 21, 2024.

However, the interim dividend yield remains modest. Based on BSSR’s share price of IDR 4,430 per share at noon today (30/12), the interim dividend yield stands at approximately 3.5%. (ZH)
