JAKARTA – The realised number of issuers debuting on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) this year arrives below the specified target at 62 companies.

According to IDX data, there have been 41 companies publicly listed through initial public offering (IPO) at the board until December 20, 2024. Said number is only 66% of the target set by IDX authorities.

However, there are still 22 potential listed companies in year-end IPO pipeline. They consist of 19 companies with big assets (over IDR 250 billion), 1 company with assets below IDR 50 billion, and 2 mid-range companies with assets ranging from IDR 50 to 250 billion.

Meanwhile, based on e-IPO data, there are currently 8 potential issuers queueing for IPO, scheduled to make their debuts in January 2025. (KR/ZH)
