JAKARTA — On Tuesday, December 24, Ikin Wirawan took over 10.36% of the shares of PT Wira Global Solusi Tbk (WGSH), also known as WGS Ventures, initiating the stock buying and selling transaction by investors holding more than 5% of the shares. Through PT BCA Sekuritas, this individual investor purchased 108.02 million shares of WGSH.

Meanwhile, PT Silicon Valley Connection sold 78.56 million WGSH shares with a share portion that dropped from 15.27% to 7.73%. WGSH shares are involved in the venture builder industry, which is a business concept that focuses on creating new businesses.

Foreign investor CGS International Securities Singapore Pte Ltd then increased its investment in integrated energy infrastructure company PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI) by 85 million shares, while PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk purchased 14.05 million shares of media company PT Surya Citra Media Tbk (SCMA).

Raden Yohanes Kristian Hardianto then claimed eight million shares of PT Kota Satu Properti Tbk (SATU), a company involved in the real estate industry, and PT Triputra Investindo Arya's portfolio was expanded to include more than 3.54 million shares of PT Triputra Agro Persada Tbk (TAPG), a company that produces palm oil and rubber.

Newton Capital Ltd, on the other hand, released a large number of shares in PT MDTV Media Technologies Tbk (NETV), totaling 1.10 billion. Newton Capital's stake in this media and broadcasting company dropped from 10.67% to just 8%.

Morgan Stanley and Co International Plc then sold around 63 million shares of the film production company PT MD Pictures Tbk (FILM).

After that, PT Kuantum Akselerasi Indonesia sold 66.66 million shares of PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk (VKTR), an electric car manufacturing associate of Bakrie. Ultimately, the controller, PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala, sold over 8 million shares of financial services company PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA). (KD)
