JAKARTA - Budiyanto Djoko Susanto, Commissioner of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (AMRT), is estimated to have earned IDR 90.27 billion from the divestment of 31.67 million of his shares in a transaction last week (27/12).

Currently, Budiyanto's share is 104.56 million or 0.25% from 136.23 million or 0.32% of the total 41.52 billion shares. In the transaction, the selling price was set at IDR 2,850 per share, above the closing price of the share transaction on (27/12) at the level of IDR 2,800 per share.

As an individual shareholder, Budiyanto is the third largest shareholder in AMRT after Fenny Djoko Susanto 0.64% and Harryanto Susanto 0.46% of all listed shares. The largest shareholder of AMRT on behalf of the company is PT Sigmantara 53.19%, then public ownership of 45.39%. The final beneficiary of AMRT's share ownership is Djoko Susanto.

Throughout today (30/12), AMRT shares fluctuated 1.79% to IDR 2,850 per share since the initial trading session at the level of Rp2,800 per share. The issuer's shares corrected 1.38% from the price at the beginning of this year in the range of IDR 2,890 per share. (LK/LM)
