JAKARTA - PT Manning Development (MD) is known to have divested 4.12% of PT Indonesia Prima Property Tbk (OMRE) in a transaction last week (27/10).

In the information disclosure quoted Friday (3/1), Neneng Nurjanah, Corporate Secretary of OMRE, confirmed that MD had divested 121.36 million shares, bringing its portion down to 1.01 billion, or 34.43% of the total 1.35 billion shares, or 38.55%.

The divestment was set to a price level of IDR 412 per share. Cumulatively, MD managed to secure IDR 50 billion from the transaction.

As of November 2024, OMRE posted 2.94 billion shares, with shareholder structure consisting of First Pacific Capital Group 43.98%, MD 38.55%, and the public of 0%.

Total shareholders clock up to 582, with the listed ultimate beneficial owner of the shares being Tan Enk Ee and Michelle Liem Mei Fung.

OMRE is known to be the property management with portfolios such as Puri Casablanca Apartment, Grand Tropic Suites Hotel Jakarta and Surabaya, Blok M Mall, Plaza Parahyangan, and Bukit Tiara housing complex. (LK)
