A year on the stock market, ASLI shares drop 50%
JAKARTA – The stock performance of PT Asri Karya Lestari Tbk (ASLI) has dropped by 50% in the year since its debut on the stock market on January 5, 2024.
According to data compiled by IDN Financials on Monday (6/1), ASLI shares are priced at IDR 50 per share, unchanged from the previous week (3/1) at the same level. A total of 13.25 million shares were traded in 805 transactions, with a value of IDR 662.84 million.
During its initial public offering (IPO) last year, ASLI set its share price at IDR 100 per share. However, within a month of its stock market debut, ASLI's stock price steadily declined, eventually hitting the lowest limit of IDR 50 per share.
At the IPO, the company issued 1.25 billion shares, aiming to raise IDR 125 billion. The funds from this corporate action were allocated as capital injections for its two subsidiaries, PT Bumi Prima Konstruksi (BPK) and PT Manyar Perkasa Mandiri (MPM). (LK)
