JAKARTA - Yos Effendi Susanto, the ultimate beneficial owner of the shares of PT Famon Awal Bros Sedaya Tbk (PRAY), has reportedly increased his portion by 3 million shares in last week’s (30/12) transaction.

In the information disclosure quoted Tuesday (7/1), Leona Agustine Karnali, Director and Chief Executive Officer of PRAY, mentioned that the transaction is meant as personal transaction.

After this transaction, Susanto’s portion rises to 0.82% from 0.8%, out of total listed shares of PRAY of 3.95 billion. The price set for this acquisition of 3 million shares is IDR 720 each, totalling IDR 2.16 billion.

For the record, said price level arrives higher than PRAY’s price as of December 12, 2024, of IDR 665 per share.

As of December 31, 2024, PRAY’s shareholders consisted of HSBC Fund SVS A/C of 27.15%, Yos Effendi Susanto of 0.8%, PT Famon Obor Maju of 46.47%, PT Awal Bros Citra Batam of 17.34%, and the public of 8.24%.

PRAY is known to be the managing company of Awal Bros Sedaya Hospitals. As of September 2024, this issuer booked net profit of IDR 216.70 billion, up from IDR 174.18 billion seen in Q3 2023, in line with net revenue that also grew from IDR 1.35 trillion to IDR 1.55 trillion. (LK/ZH)
