JAKARTA – Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has suspended the trading of PT Citra Putra Realty Tbk (CLAY) shares during morning session on Tuesday (7/1), following low trading activity and liquidity over the past three months.

According to data compiled by IDNFinancials, the suspension was triggered after the stock's price dropped by 9.77%, falling to Rp240 by 10:30 AM from its opening price of Rp266 at 9:00 AM.

In addition to the price decline, CLAY shares exhibited low liquidity, meeting criteria for suspension with an average daily transaction value of less than Rp5 million and an average daily trading volume of fewer than 10,000 shares over the past three months in the regular market.

As of November 2024, CLAY had a total of 2.57 billion shares outstanding. The ownership structure was dominated by PT Citra Putra Mandiri (CPM) with 77.77%, followed by Putri Selaras at 1.99%, Raja Sapta Ervian at 1.64%, and public shareholders holding 18.6%.

The total number of shareholders stood at 741, with Oesman Sapta identified as the ultimate beneficial owner. (LK/ZH)
