JAKARTA – PT Satria Andalan Prima Tbk (SAPX) expressed its optimism in reaching revenues of up to IDR 800 billion this year, with a focus on corporate clients.

“We are targeting revenue growth of 25-30% this year, aiming to achieve IDR 750-800 billion by 2025,” stated Denny Parhan, Corporate Secretary of SAPX, during a virtual Public Exposé on Monday (8/1).

By September 2024, SAPX's revenue had grown 16.58% year-on-year (yoy) to IDR 523.35 billion, although net profit plummeted by 86.5% yoy to just IDR 967 million due to rising operational costs.

To achieve its revenue growth target, SAPX plans to focus on cost efficiency and its core business activities, particularly the more profitable B2B segment.

“The majority of the company’s clients are from the corporate segment, which is more sustainable,” Parhan noted.

Budiyanto Darmastono, President Director of SAPX, further explained that in the B2B segment, shipping price stability allows for more efficient cost planning.

“Volume growth is also more stable. In the marketplace, it's more volatile. Online shopping trends have decreased, but B2B remains stable,” Darmastono elaborated.

As of September 2024, 55.29% of SAPX’s revenue did come from corporate courier services.

For the bottom line, SAPX is setting moderate targets as it focuses on operational cost efficiency. “For the bottom line, we are targeting IDR 40-50 billion this year,” Parhan added.

In addition to cost-efficiency strategies, SAPX will launch an advanced payment system for cash-on-delivery (COD) this year and integrate its internal warehouse. “We started this in early January,” Darmastono said. (ZH)
