JAKARTA – Yulisar Khiat, a member of the Board of Directors at PT Medikaloka Hermina Tbk (HEAL), has increased his shareholding in a transaction earlier this year (2/1). In addition to his role on the board, Yulisar Khiat is also one of the ultimate beneficiaries of HEAL's share ownership.

According to the disclosure on Thursday (9/1), Yulisar Khiat, Director of HEAL, stated that the transaction was made for investment purposes. He purchased 600 million shares at a price of IDR 1,580 per share, totaling IDR 948 million.

Following the transaction, Yulisar Khiat's ownership increased to 1.961 billion shares from 1.960 billion shares. His stake now represents 12.765% of the total 15.36 billion shares outstanding.

Other members of the Hermina Hospital board who also hold shares include Hasmoro with a 4.71% stake and Binsar Parasian with 5.34%.

Additionally, other shareholders of HEAL include PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) with 7.32%, Lydia Immanuel with 5.56%, Meijani Wibowo with 4.71%, the public with 59.15%, and treasury shares totalling 3.1%. (LK/ZH)
