JAKARTA – The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) will welcome three new listings on Monday (13/1).

According to data from idnfinancials.com, the three companies set to debut are PT Brigit Biofarmaka Teknologi Tbk (OBAT), PT Bangun Kosambi Sukses Tbk (CBDK), and PT Delta Giri Wacana Tbk (DGWG). These firms recently completed their Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) during the same period, from January 3 to 9, 2025.

OBAT is a company specializing in contract manufacturing of herbal products, cosmetics, functional beverages, and botanicals. Through its IPO, the company raised fresh capital amounting to IDR 59.5 billion, representing 19.77% of newly offered shares.

Meanwhile, CBDK operates in the real estate and holding company sector, focusing on developing the Central Business District (CBD) in PIK 2. The company raised IDR 2.3 trillion from its IPO, which represents 10% of its issued and fully paid capital. It is known that the ultimate beneficial owner of CBDK is prominent conglomerate Sugianto Kusuma, also known as Aguan.

Lastly, DGWG will also list its shares on the exchange. This company engages in the wholesale trade of fertilizers and agrochemical products. Through its IPO, DGWG secured IDR 202.94 billion, representing 15% of its shares.

As a side note, the IDX is aiming for a total of 1,000 listed companies by the end of this year. As of Thursday (9/1), the bourse had 948 companies on its list. (KR/ZH)
