JAKARTA – The majority of companies in the Initial Public Offering (IPO) pipeline of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) have large-scale assets.

“As of now, there are 19 companies in the IDX's IPO pipeline,” revealed I Gede Nyoman Yetna, Director of Company Valuation at IDX, in an official statement.

At least 17 of the 19 companies have substantial assets, according to IDX. Under the Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulations, companies with large-scale assets are defined as those with a total asset value of at least IDR 250 billion.

Meanwhile, the other two companies in the IPO pipeline have assets ranging from IDR 50 billion to IDR 250 billion, classifying them as medium-scale companies.

These companies represent a range of sectors. Specifically, 6 companies are from the Non-Cyclical Consumer sector, 3 from Basic Materials, 3 from Healthcare, and 3 from the Industrial sector. Additionally, the Energy, Financial, and Property sectors each have 1 potential issuer. (KR/ZH)
