JAKARTA – Director of PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (BRMS), Herwin Hidayat, acquires 2.32 million shares of BRMS with total transaction value of almost IDR 1 billion.

The transaction took place last Friday (8/1). “The transaction is meant as personal investment through direct ownership,” Hidayat claimed in the official statement issued through Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

The price of BRMS’s shares acquisition was set to IDR 430 each. Thus, with said price, Hidayat spent a total of IDR 997.68 million in the transactions.

According to IDNFinancials data, BRMS’s price was closed 4.67% lower or 20 points down to IDR 408 per share last Monday (13/1). The price of this mining company peaked at IDR 438, and the lowest was at IDR 406 per share. (KR/ZH)
