Low liquidity prompts IDX to suspend CLAY
JAKARTA – Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) temporarily suspended the trading of shares of PT Citra Putra Realty Tbk (CLAY) on Thursday (16/1) due to low liquidity over the past three months.
Data compiled by IDN Financials shows that CLAY met the low liquidity criteria, with an average daily transaction value of less than IDR 5 million and an average daily transaction volume of fewer than 10,000 shares in the regular market and regular periodic call auction market over the last three months.
On Wednesday (15/1), CLAY recorded a transaction volume of 347,300 shares in 22 transactions worth IDR 104.72 billion. The stock closed at IDR 302. Three months prior, on (16/10), the company registered a transaction volume of 100 shares worth IDR 11,100 with a single transaction. The stock closed at IDR 111.
As of December 2024, the company reported 2.57 billion shares with a composition of 77.77% owned by controlling shareholders and 22.23% by non-controlling shareholders. The total number of shareholders stands at 741, with Oesman Sapta identified as the ultimate beneficiary owner. (LK/ZH)
