JAKARTA – PT AKR Indonesia Tbk (AKRA) has announced the dissolution of one of its business units, PT Energi Manyar Sejahtera (EMS).

Suresh Vembu, Director of AKRA, stated that EMS was a business entity in the power generation services sector, established in 2015. AKRA owned 45% of EMS shares through its subsidiary PT Usaha Era Pratama Nusantara (UEPN).

“This transaction is not considered a material transaction,” said Vembu, in a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

According to IDN Financials data, a portion of EMS shares is also owned by PT Sanitiluwansa Lestari, PT Amanah Indo Invest, and PT Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia (BJTI). The latter, BJTI, is an entity under the Pelindo Group. (KR/ZH)
