GRIA targets sales of 642 housing units in 2025
JAKARTA – Property issuer PT Ingria Pratama Capitalindo Tbk (GRIA) has set a sales target of 642 housing units for 2025.
“In 2025, we have a sales target of 642 units. This target is double the actual sales from the previous year, which reached 330 units,” said GRIA President Director, H.K. Hakim Noor, during the Public Expose held in Jakarta, Tuesday (21/1).
Hakim detailed that of the total target, 418 housing units have been available as ready-to-occupy stock since the beginning of January 2025. This indicates the company’s readiness to meet the market demand, which is predicted to continue rising.
According to the company’s official statement, housing sales in 2024 reached 330 units, a 30.4% year-on-year (yoy) increase. Most of the sales came from Kalimantan, contributing 70.6%, while West Java accounted for 29.4% of total sales.
“We have implemented water quality improvement efforts in the Gria Mahakam City project by installing a water treatment facility to meet the basic clean water needs of our customers,” explained Hugo Feber Parluhutan Silalahi, Director of GRIA.
With the strategies in place, Ingria Pratama is optimistic it can achieve its revenue target of IDR 120.8 billion and a net profit of IDR 7.1 billion in 2025.
“Of course, this financial performance can be achieved with the plan to build 693 units and sell 642 units this year,” Hakim concluded. (DK/ZH)
