JAKARTA - PT Wijaya Karya Gedung Tbk (WEGE), known as WIKA Gedung, managed to score new contracts worth IDR 2.66 trillion throughout 2024.

“The success was supported by several strategic projects across all sectors. These projects include BMKG InaTEWS Office of Jakarta-Bali, Cilangkap Stacked House, Klaten Hospital, Bio Farma Bandung, Bank Mandiri Gresik, and Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang,” detailed Hadian Pramudita, President Direcor of WEGE, in the official statement, Wednesday (22/1).

In addition, WEGE also made contribution to Nusantara Capital City (IKN) development, such a modular housing for Indonesian Army and modular housing for construction worker phase II.

The top, highlighted projects this year include Oncology Centre of RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten, worth IDR 248.43 billion, designed to improve healthcare services for oncology field.

In addition, its Basilika project and Church Area of IKN, with contract valued at IDR 352.38 billion, further maintained the company’s portfolio.

Entering 2025, WEGE sets new contract target of IDR 3.58 trillion, up 34.43% compared to last year. The company is projecting that the majority of the contracts will come from the government (59.2%), followed by SOEs (20.7%), and private sector (20.1%).

In terms of project types, offices are expected to bring in 44.4% of new contracts, followed by public facilities of 38.8%, and residentials (16.8%).

“In order to reach he target, WEGE has prepared measured strategies for operation, marketing, development, and finance,” Pramudita concluded. (DK/ZH)
