SMF offers bonds and sukuk worth IDR 6.2 trillion
JAKARTA - PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) plans to issue Shelf-Registration Bonds and Sukuk Musyarakah worth IDR 6.2 trillion next month (7-11/2). All funds raised will be used for financing purposes.
According to a brief prospectus released on Wednesday (22/1), the Sustainable Bonds VII Phase VIII 2025 will amount to IDR 5 trillion, with a mix of full commitment and best effort guarantees.
Of the total, IDR 704.92 billion is fully committed, with IDR 453.67 billion offered in Series A at an interest rate of 6.55% for 370 days, and IDR 251.25 billion offered in Series B at 6.80% for three years. The remaining IDR 4.29 trillion will be on a best-effort basis.
Meanwhile, the Sukuk Musyarakah Shelf-Registration I Phase IV 2025 is valued at IDR 1.2 trillion, with IDR 362.80 billion fully committed and IDR 837.19 billion guaranteed on a best-effort basis.
The underwriters and bond guarantors include PT Bahana Sekuritas (17.38%), PT CIMB Niaga Sekuritas (26.95%), PT DBS Vickers Sekuritas Indonesia (5.67%), PT Indopremier Sekuritas (13.80%), PT Maybank Sekuritas Indonesia (3.56%), and PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM) (32.63%).
For the sukuk issuance, the underwriters include PT Bahana Sekuritas (0.03%), PT CIMB Niaga Sekuritas (17.92%), PT DBS Vickers Sekuritas Indonesia (5.51%), PT Indopremier Sekuritas (16.03%), PT Maybank Sekuritas Indonesia (20.67%), PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM) (32.953%), and PT UOB Kay Hian Sekuritas (6.89%).
