JAKARTA - PT Hilcon Tbk (HILL) will split the stock value with 1:5 ratio, meaning that one share will be split into 5 shares with new value.

Hersan Qiu, President Director of HILL, mentioned that the stock split will be further decided by shareholders on March 3, 2025. “The approval date from Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) was yesterday (20/1),” Qiu said, as quoted Wednesday (23/1).

With 1:5 ratio, one share valued at IDR 100 will be split into five shares worth IDR 20 each, and the number of shares will multiply to 14.74 billion from 2.94 billion shares.

At yesterday’s (22/1) closing bell, HILL arrived at IDR 2,140. Its transaction volume reached 381,000, recorded in 67 transactions worth IDR 815.37 million.

As of December 2024, HILL listed 2.94 billion shares, with controllers claiming 63.01% of them, and non-controllers, 36.99%.

Total shareholders stood at 1,969, and the ultimate beneficial owner of the shares is Hersan Qiu himself. (LK/ZH)
