JAKARTA - PT Aesler Grup Internasional Tbk (RONY) is exploring the expansion of construction management and architecture services to large-scale tender infrastructure and commercial projects. This is one of the issuer's strategies to target performance growth in 2025.

As quoted in RONY's public expose material on Thursday (23/1), RONY's management estimates that the public and commercial infrastructure sector will grow, driven by government and private investment. For example, the construction of toll roads, bridges, airports, and shopping centres.

The company estimates that demand for such projects will prioritise efficiency, sustainability and design quality. The main trends in the construction and design process that will dominate in 2025 are the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) technology and the use of the internet of things (IOT).

As of September 2024, the company's revenue was IDR2 billion, with the main contributor from the Construction Management Services segment. In the same period last year, RONY's revenue was IDR3.07 billion with Construction Management Services contributing IDR472.86 billion and Architectural Services IDR2.60 billion. (LK/LM
