JAKARTA - Sabana Prawirawidjaja spent IDR 541.42 billion to raise his stake in PT Campina Ice Cream Industry Tbk (CAMP). Post-transaction, Prawirawidjaja, the controlling shareholder of CAMP, has significantly increased compared to last year.

Based on the information disclosure quoted today (23/1), Sagita Melati, Corporate Secretary of CAMP, confirmed that the transaction is meant as business activity, carried out on December 27, 2024.

The number of increased shares reached 2.35 billion shares, bringing Prawirawidjaja’s portion to 4.94 billion from the previous 2.58 billion. In percentage, it nearly doubled from 43.94% to 83.94% of 5.88 billion listed shares.

As of December 2024, CAMP’s shareholders stood at 8,670, with free float percentage of 9.47% or 557.52 million shares. (LK/ZH)
