JAKARTA - PT Mitrajasa Sentosa Cemerlang (MJSC), a subsidiary of PT Mitrabara Adiperdana Tbk (MBAP) owned through PT Baradinamika Mudasukses (BDMS), has obtained a loan facility of IDR 3 billion.
The loan is categorised as an affiliated transaction, because it comes from MJSC's parent company, BDMS. ‘The source of funds for the loan comes from BDMS‘ cash,’ said Chandra Lautan, MBAP's Corporate Secretary, in a stock exchange filing on Friday (24/1).
The loan will be valid for 12 months, and can be extended up to 2 times. The interest rate charged to MJSC is 8% per year. ‘It will be charged if MJSC has obtained operating profit,’ said Chandra.
The loan facility, said Chandra, will be used to support MJSC's working capital. (KR/LM)
