JAKARTA – PT Millennium Pharmacon International Tbk (SDPC) has received approval for an extension of its loan facility worth IDR 370 billion from PT Bank UOB Indonesia

Mohamad Fazly Hasan, Director of SDPC, announced that the loan agreement's term has been extended until January 29, 2026.

"The bank has approved the extension of the credit facility with a total limit of IDR 370 billion for the company," he said on Thursday (30/1).

According to him, the extension of the credit facility will support the company’s business activities.

As of September 2024, SDPC recorded bank debt amounting to IDR 777.15 billion. The company’s creditors include PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (BNGA) for transaction loan facilities, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) for revolving time loan and investment credit facilities, as well as PT Bank UOB Indonesia for clean trust receipt facilities.
