BIPI tops net buy post-holiday
JAKARTA – PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI) and PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL) emerged as the top net foreign buys at the close of stock trading on Thursday (30/1).
According to data compiled by IDNFinancials, BIPI recorded a net foreign buy of 212.45 million, with foreign buy and sell transactions amounting to 225.89 million and 13.44 million shares, respectively. This placed BIPI at the top of the net foreign buy list on the first trading day after the long holiday starting January 27.
At the close of trading, BIPI’s stock price increased by IDR 1, rising from IDR 86 to IDR 87 per share. The highest and lowest traded prices were IDR 88 and IDR 85, respectively. A total of 303.88 million shares of BIPI were traded in 1,075 transactions, valued at IDR 26.36 billion.
In second place, BULL registered a net foreign buy of 79.09 million, with foreign buy and sell transactions at 80.36 million and 1.26 million shares, respectively. This figure was higher than the previous week (23/1), when BULL’s net foreign buy reached 23.55 million.
BULL’s stock price also rose from IDR 137 to IDR 142 at the close of trading. The highest and lowest traded prices were IDR 143 and IDR 136 per share, respectively. A total of 247.43 million shares were traded in 1,779 transactions, valued at IDR 34.88 billion. (LK/ZH)
