LMI divests entire stake in LOPI for consolidation
JAKARTA – PT Logisticsplus Multimoda Indonesia (LMI) divested its entire stake in PT Logisticsplus International Tbk (LOPI) for IDR 11.85 billion last week (17/1).
Wahyu Dwi Jatmiko, CEO of LOPI, confirmed that LMI sold 304 million shares at a price of IDR 39 per share. "The purpose of the share sale is for the consolidation of majority ownership," he said in a statement on Thursday (30/1).
Following the transaction, LMI's ownership in LOPI has been reduced to zero from the previous 27.64%. As of December 2024, LOPI had 1.12 billion shares in circulation. The ownership structure was as follows: LMI 27.64%, Hening Tjiptadi 0%, Moh Taufik 0.27%, Wahyu Dwi Jatmiko 39.18%, and the public 32.91%.
The free float stood at 333 million shares from the total outstanding shares, and the number of shareholders reached 2,749, with Wahyu Dwi Jatmiko being the ultimate beneficiary of the shareholding. (LK/ZH)
