OK Bank secures IDR 100 billion loan from two banks
JAKARTA – PT Bank Oke Indonesia Tbk (DNAR), or OK Bank, has secured loan facilities from two national banks, PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (BDMN) and PT Bank Permata Tbk (BNLI), with a total value of IDR 100 billion.
Each creditor provided a loan facility of IDR 50 billion.
In a disclosure quoted on Friday (31/1), Efdinal Alamsyah, Director of OK Bank, stated that the signing of the loan facility agreements would have a positive impact on the company’s Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR) and liquidity.
BDMN extended a revolving loan facility for a two-year term, intended for general financing purposes. Meanwhile, BNLI disbursed an Interbank Financing Facility loan with a two-year tenure.
As of September 2024, OK Bank’s total assets were recorded at IDR 11.26 trillion, with total equity of IDR 3.61 trillion. (LK/KR/ZH)
