JAKARTA – PT Iforte Energi Nusantara (IFEN), a subsidiary of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR), has secured green loan credit facility from PT Bank SMCB Indonesia Tbk (BTPN).

Monalisa Irawan, Corporate Secretary of TOWR, outlined that the facility given by BTPN amounts to IDR 150 billion, consisting of 2 tranches of IDR 75 billion each.

IFEN is said to utilise the facility for general corporate needs. In addition, Irawan said, the facility will be used to fund green projects that meet the loan framework's requirements.

“In line with green loan principles,” said Irawan in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

In said facility agreement, PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo) is stated as the guarantor of IFEN’s obligations.

According to IDNFinancials record, IFEN is a company based in Kudus, Central Java. IFEN reported total assets of IDR 42.84 billion as of September 30, 2024. The company is engaged in various fields, including installation and power generation businesses. (KR/ZH)
