DMAS’s marketing sales hit IDR 1.87 trillion in 2024, what are the factors?
JAKARTA – PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS) reported presales or marketing sales of IDR 1.87 trillion in 2024, exceeding the set target by 3.73%.
Tondy Suwanto, Director and Corporate Secretary of DMAS, explained that this achievement in 2024 was largely driven by sales in the industrial segment. “It reached IDR 1.80 trillion and involved the sale of 59 hectares of land, contributing 96.06% of the total presales for 2024,” he stated in a press release on Tuesday (4/2).
More than 60% of the industrial land sales in 2024 came from the data center sector. Technological developments such as artificial intelligence (AI) and digitalization, according to Tondy, have increased the demand for industrial land from data center tenants.
Tondy added that demand for industrial land in the technology sector is expected to remain strong in the future.
Other supporting factors include the residential segment, which recorded marketing sales of IDR 43 billion, 2.30% higher than the target. The commercial segment contributed IDR 31 billion in marketing sales, 1.64% above the target.
According to stock market observations today, DMAS shares have declined by 2.68% year-to-date (ytd), bringing the share price to IDR 145 per share. (DK/KR/ZH)
