JAKARTA – Indomobil Group and Wuxi Yadea Export-Import Co Ltd (Yadea) have ended their partnership in electric motorcycle marketing as of last week (31/1).

Jusak Kertowidjojo, President Director of PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk (IMAS), stated that Yadea will fully take over the distribution of electric motorcycles. Previously, the Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer collaborated with IMAS.

“Yadea will now manage its business in Indonesia directly,” he said on Wednesday (5/2).

Yadea’s business activities so far include the distribution, sales operations, and after-sales services of two-wheeled electric vehicles. These activities were previously managed jointly with PT Indomobil Emotor Internasional (IEI) and PT National Assemblers (NA). (LK/KRZH)
