JAKARTA - On Tuesday, February 4, CGS International Securities Singapore Pte Ltd, a foreign investor, was featured in the list of share ownership changes exceeding 5% of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The company simultaneously increased investments in two issuers.

This investor increased their stake in PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI) by roughly 75 million shares after previously purchasing hundreds of shares of the company. The stake increased to 17.44%.

The same investor then purchased 5 million shares of PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (BRMS), giving them a 5.06% ownership stake overall. Both share transactions were also made possible by PT CGS International Sekuritas Indonesia.

Ling Sun then purchased more stock in the heavy construction and civil engineering firm PT Koka Indonesia Tbk (KOKA). He bought 11.66 million shares to raise his holding from 5.26% to 5.67%.

After that, Siauw Yunus Subandi, another private investor, bought 447,200 shares of PT Eka Sari Lorena Transport Tbk (LRNA), giving him 7.22% of the company.

Additionally, PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (ROTI), a bread manufacturer, was still repurchasing shares, this time in a quantity of 1.18 million shares. Over 510 million shares, or approximately 8.11% of the total, were piled up.

However, this time around, the biggest share drop was accomplished by PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk. Through three securities, the parent issuer of MNC Group simultaneously issued 50.45 million shares of its real estate business, PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG). The company's stakes dropped from 9.81% to 9.76%.

After that, PT Batavia Prosperindo Internasional Tbk sold an additional 1 million shares of PT Malacca Trust Wuwungan Insurance (MTWI), reducing its ownership stake to 86.93%. PT Putra Borneo Agro Lestari has also not finished selling shares in palm oil company PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk (SSMS), this time up to 270 thousand shares.

Due to their reductions in their investments in PT ITSEC Asia Tbk (CYBR), two overseas investors are also included on this list. 1.5 million CYBR shares were sold by INV Management Pte Ltd, leaving 45.98% of the shares. Additionally, MB Investment Management Pte Ltd's holding stake in this cybersecurity solutions company dropped from 27.32% to 27.31%. (KD)
